I haven't posted in a while. I have been taking part in a coaching program by a young upstart Internet Marketer named Alex Jeffreys. I have been devoting all of my spare time to this course and have been neglecting my exercise program completely.
I put a stop to that this weekend. Here it is the middle of March and I am still at 330 lbs. I have officially started the weight loss program again and have started back on the sit ups routine.
No more excuses! 250 here I come.
I will not be posting every day as this is a tad redundant and it takes up to much of my time. I will do a weekly post and weigh in. That should be sufficient.

I had to go out of town for a few days and don't have access to a scale. I have been staying at a Holiday Inn Express since this past Tuesday and won't be home until Sunday. I have been quite busy but have mangaged to get in a little exercise. The hotel has an exercise room with a tread mill, a stepper, and an exercise bike. I have logged a little time on the bike but not a whole lot.
I have been eating out everynight and have managed to keep it reasonable. There were a few lunches at fast food places but hopefully I have kept a handle on things. I probably won't post again until Monday morning. I will have my first weigh in for the week. I have stopped posting everyday because it has become a bit redundant. I will be limiting my posts to about 2 or 3 per week. Talk to you Monday.

Today is the day that I am supposed to have lost 50 lbs. for the year. I should weight 300 lbs on the button today. The problem is that I am on vacation for the rest of this week and I do not have access to a set of scales. Well, let me re-phrase that. I don't have access to a set of scales with the capacity to weigh a 300 lb person.
The scales that are here max out at 250. So, I will not be able to see if I have reached my mid year goal until I get back to Florida next week. The last time I weighed myself, I had 2 lbs to go and that was about a week ago. I am fairly confident that I have reached my goal, although I haven't been exercising since I started my vacation this past weekend. I will update everyone on my progress when I get back from vacation.

Yesterday I got up and did my usual 2 miles on the bike and my 200 sit ups. I started to do my 2 miles on the bike after dinner but had to cut it short due to these huge swarms of gnats that I kept running into. So I went back inside and did another 200 sit ups.
Today's official weigh in: 311.4 lbs. I still have a little ways to go before I get back to where I was last Friday.
I kept my eating routine pretty much the same. We were out of milk so I had some toast with Philly cream cheese for breakfast, an apple for mid morning snack, celery with peanut butter for lunch, baby carrots for a mid afternoon snack, and for dinner I had a pork chop and mixed veggies. As usual, I drank at least a gallon of water through out the day, which is easy to do now that summer is in full swing here in Florida.

Just a quick one today. Yesterday, I got up early and rode the bike 2 miles and put in another 2 miles after dinner. I also did 200 sit ups before I went to work. I had an apple for both snacks, a big salad for lunch, and chicken with green beans for dinner.
Today's weigh in: 312.0 lbs. I lost 1 of the pounds that I gained this weekend. I still have 2 more to go to get back to my all time low for this year.
