		<description>Hey you got he right idea.  I have been overweight all my life and have tried every diet and pill out there even had the weight loss surgery.  And nothing works but eating three healthy meals 2 healthy snacks and exercising for at least 30 minutes everyday.  in December I was told I had diabetes so I saw a nutritionist once and have been eating right ever since, sure I slip up sometimes but for the most part 3 healthy meals, 2 snacks and exercise. I also stopped drinking coffee I did not drink soda already.  I have lost 35 pounds in 4 months and feel great.  It&#039;s not really been hard at all and gets easier everyday just be conscious of what your putting in your mouth write it down for about a week.  You will be surprised at all the extra calories you eat not even realizing.  I take my lunch to work and even when I know i will be out all day, This keeps me from eating fast food.  I was actually on the web looking for some new diet or pills to lose weight and came across your blog.  What you said is so true and has got me back on track, so I&#039;m about to get off this computer and go exercise right now</description>
