Another Day, Another .2 lbs Lost

I am running a little late this morning so let's make it quick. I am still short of breaking 325 but it's in my sights.

Today's official weigh in 325.4 lbs. That's 2.2 lbs for the month and 24.6 lbs. for the year.

Yesterday I had cereal for breakfast, a banana for my mid-morning snack, baby carrots for lunch, an apple for the mid-afternoon snack, tortilla soup for dinner and some popcorn in the evening.

I did 200 situps in the morning before work and another 200 in the evening. I didn't ride the bike or walk. I don't have a lot of time on soccer practice days.
