So Much For Doubling Up On The Exercise
Well my plans for going extra heavy on the exercise got shot in the foot yesterday. I did mange to do my 100 situps in the morning before work, but that was it. I took my 8 year old son to soccer practice after work. When I got back, I ate a quick dinner, and had to help my 13 year old step son with his Algebra. I spent the rest of the evening trying to figure out what is wrong with our desktop computer.
Official weigh in: 331 lbs. No Change.
I pretty much ate the usual. Cereal for breakfast, apple for both snacks, a turkey sandwich for lunch, and black beans with rice for dinner. No popcorn last night.
