Lost 2 Pounds In 3 Days
I haven'e posted I a few days mostly because I spent most of my spare time working on my taxes. I ddin't let the IRS interfere with my weight loss. I have been sticking to my routine and have been doing the "yoga for weight loss" every other night. Last night I increased my bike riding to 4 miles and have done at least 400 situps every day and up it to 500 yesterday. The more I exercise, the easier it becomes and the more I feel like doing it. The results:
Today's official wiegh in: 323.2 lbs. That's 4.4 lbs for the month and 26.8 lbs for the year.
I am right on track to lose my 8 lbs for the month and I expect to lose 10 or better this month.
