Not A Bad Weekend For Weight Loss

I normally have trouble losing weight on the weekends. Even when I am active and get out and about with the family, we will end up eating out somewhere or at the least, stop and get Dairy Queen or something. It's just as tough if we stay home. It's easy to sit and snack while your watching TV.

Saturday, I spent almost the entire day at the library working on my internet business. I ate before I went and took a couple of apples to snack on. I ate some homemade vegetable soup for dinner and had popcorn for an evening snack. I did 200 situps when I got up and I rode my bike for 4 miles after dinner. I did another 200 crunches on the Ab Roller while watching TV.

Yesterday was a different story. I did the same amount of exercise except I only did 3 miles on the bike. The big difference was that we had Kentucky Fried Chicken for dinner and I also ate 3 sausage dogs for lunch. Not the best stuff to eat when your trying to lose weight, but I still did OK.

Official weigh in: 321.0 lbs. That's 6.6 lbs for the month and 29lbs for the year.

I have 3 more days left in the month. It's going to be close if I'm going to make my targe of 319.6.
